Mr. Russo has over 25 years of inspection experience in metals and non-destructive testing in North Carolina and South Carolina. He is an American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector and Certified Welding Educator, an ASNT NDE Level III in the Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic and Visual methods. He is registered as an ICC Master Special Inspector and holds a South Carolina LLR Special Inspector's License.
